Interim Teamlead BI/Senior BI Manager (m/f/d)

General Description
You will join our successful journey in disrupting the luggage and tech market. You will provide analytics, reporting, and insights to internal stakeholders to steer performance and help grow the business.

Your Role

  • Strong contribution to support budget and spend allocation decisions through the development and optimisation of (marketing) attribution models – bring them to the next level
  • Work closely with the (marketing) team to plan, analyse, track and report on performance of paid and unpaid media and CRM campaigns, revenue and ROI to constantly improve (campaign) performance
  • Understand and challenge existing processes and strategies through deep-dive analysis and make suitable recommendations based on data to optimise and enhance regular campaign report deliverables
  • Support the growth (marketing) team with ad-hoc analysis and reports on effectiveness of various marketing and sales tactics
  • Translate (marketing) results into easy understand valuable findings
  • Provide department-specific KPIs and dedicated insightful reports to different stakeholders to support strong data-driven decision making
  • Develop standards and best practices for data collection, processing, analysis, reporting and dashboards
  • Take ownership of data-related projects from start to finish in collaboration with other departments
  • Maintain and further develop the company own data warehouse
  • Design the data collection with Digital Analytics Tools (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager) and develop it further
  • Support and train other business units in the use of BI reporting, BI self-service and digital analytics tools

Your Skills & Experience

  • You have at least 3 years’ experience in the field of analytics, Business Intelligence or Marketing intelligence, startups/e-commerce is a plus
  • You have extensive experience working with/reporting on performance marketing metrics and extracting valuable insights from them
  • You master (web-)analytical tools such as Google analytics and BigQuery and are an expert in PostgreSQL, also working with the GTM is not new to you
  • You have a deep analytical knowledge and passion, like to work with a high degree of detail and have excellent communication skills
  • Topics like marketing attribution and marketing-mix modelling are very familiar to you and you already gathered some experience regarding best-practice in the field
  • You understand and value the responsibilities of BI as a department, enjoy working in cross-departmental projects and strive to establish a data mindset within the company
  • You are a team player, you are results-oriented and like to take initiative
  • You are fluent in English; proficiency in German is a plus
