London Sales Advisor - Part time (m/f)

General Description
You will join our successful journey in disrupting the luggage and tech market. You will be a brand representative and responsible for the overall customer experience and sales at our Flagship Store in London.

Your Role

  • Be responsible for keepingthe Store up to the brand, merchandising and sales guidelines
  • Be responsible for product presentation and sales in the best possible way – professional, positive and based on exceptional product knowledge
  • Take the ownership for the customer experience and representation of Horizn’s brand values
  • Report customer’s feedback regarding product and service to the Store Manager
  • Deal with customer issues in a professional and helpful manner either face-to-face or via email
  • Go the ‘extra mile’ to meet monthly targets through upselling techniques
  • Monitor shelf inventory and unload new products when needed, as well as cleaning the store when required
  • Operate cash registers and close daily revenues
  • Manage our own tea bar when required

Your Skills & Experience

  • You have at minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales management in a fashion brand store
  • You have profound experience in working to sales targets whilst offering outstanding service and always challenge yourself to increase your sales on a daily basis
  • You have experience working in an international working environment
  • You have an outgoing and sales-driven personality
  • You are an open-minded and positive person
  • You are a team player, results-oriented and like to take the initiative
  • You are fluent in English
