Senior CRM Manager (m/f)


You will be responsible for all CRM activities, and will ensure strong channel performance.

Your challenge:
• Development of the CRM strategy based on the overall marketing/OM strategy
• Directly responsible for channel performance, and ensuring team is meeting and exceeding business goals in a cost effective way
• Control and documentation of success of all activities and campaigns through jointly defined KPIs
• Optimize marketing campaigns through thoughtful testing to maximize customer acquisitions while considering LTV and CAC
• Develop channel activities which drives customer’s engagement and satisfaction, and a positive NPS
• Coordinate and partner with other marketing channels, and various teams like BI/growth analytics, and product team to ensure alignment across the organization

Your skills & experience:
• You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field
• You have at minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing, experience in startups/e-commerce is a plus
• You have deep understanding of performance-driven marketing and analytics
• You have experience in leading CRM marketing campaigns
• You have leadership skills, and you know how to delegate effectively
• You have experience working cross-functionally
• You are a team player, you are results-oriented and like to take the initiative
• You are fluent in English and ideally in German
