Senior Sales Manager (Wholesale) (m/f/d)

General Description
In your role as Senior Sales Manager (International) (m/f/d) you will support us to expand Horizn’s position as the leading premium smart luggage brand in Europe by collaborating with the best wholesale partners in the markets. Grow our presence and sales globally, with a focus on the UK.

Your Role

  • Develop and drive our wholesale strategy further and identify market potentials in close collaboration with the sales team

  • Drive our wholesale sales by creating new listings, increasing sell-through and building up trustful long term relationships

  • Convince potential partners with your honest, passionate and convincing relationship building,  as well as thoughtfully  prepared and bespoke offers 

  • Work closely with the management, Head of Sales and our Analyst to develop and optimize strategies, create quarterly and monthly plans and ensure an excellent after-sales experience of our global retail partners

  • Ensure appropriate seasonal product flow to optimize business opportunities

  • Work closely together with your team and colleagues from marketing, operations, finance and IT to make each other even stronger, develop yourself further and achieve your joint goals

  • Represent Horizn’s vision and strategy when managing our partnerships

  • Be part of an empowering and agile environment with a common growth mindset

Your Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of extensive experience in sales or business development; experience in e-commerce, fashion/accessories wholesale and/or a start-up is a plus

  • University degree in Business, economics, marketing or related field

  • Positive “can do” attitude with a high degree of enthusiasm, self-motivation and the urge to achieve your goals

  • Strategic, analytical and growth mindset

  • Team player and a strong focus on customer satisfaction

  • Excellent organizational skills that help you meet tight deadlines

  • Experience with Excel, EDI, Shopify, Salesforce

  • Experience working in a dynamic, fast-paced and international environment

  • You are fluent in English, German is a plus
