You will join our successful journey in disrupting the luggage and tech market. You will be responsible for all social media and influencer marketing channels, as well as ensuring strong growth and visibility. You will be the channel-owner and single point for contact for relevant key business partners.
(Senior) Social Growth Manager (m/f/d)
Your Role
Define, develop and drive the social media & influencer marketing strategy, based on the overall marketing & brand strategy, working closely with the Head of Brand Marketing
Responsible for all social media and influencer marketing activities and campaigns, and the program goals
Responsible for the ongoing optimisation of campaigns through thoughtful testing, and plan activities accordingly
Plan, implement and evaluate test and learning activities to grow our online channels, while considering KPIs
Manage budget to achieve highest ROI across all campaigns
Control and document success of all activities and campaigns through jointly defined KPIs
Present channel strategies, plans and results to leadership teams and management
Coordinate and partner with various internal teams, like BI/growth analytics, Marketing and Product, to ensure alignment and learning across the organisation
Your Skills & Experience
You have at least 3 years experience in social media & influencer marketing; experience in brand environment, and startups/e-commerce is a plus
You have extensive experience working with performance marketing metrics
You have profound knowledge in managing various social channels such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Pinterest and Twitter, and in influencer marketing
You have experience in leading various campaigns as part of a global, multi-channel, integrated marketing approach
You have thorough understanding of performance-driven marketing and A/B testing tools
You love Excel/numbers, and have strong analytical, problem solving and strategic skills
You have experience working cross-functionally
You are a team player, you are results-oriented and like to take initiative
You are fluent in English; proficiency in German is a plus
