Office Manager (m/f)


You will be responsible for the office management at the headquarters in Berlin and will be the single point of contact for various internal and external stakeholders.

Your responsibilities:
• Responsible for the overall office management
• Purchasing office supplies, equipment and ensure proper stock level
• Responsible for office security, office layout/floor planning and renovations
• Plan, implement and evaluate office management processes, policies and procedures to constantly improve workflow and reduce costs
• Report internal and external feedback regarding office management to the management and HR
• Taking the ownership to plan and organize company events
• Operational support of the accounting regarding invoice management and travel expense accounting
• Take the ownership of the 'office experience'
• Represent Horizn's company values
• Coordinate and partner with various internal teams to ensure alignment across the organization
• Your work has an immediate effect on Horizn's success you are keen to take the ownership for that

Your skills & experience:
• You have at minimum 1-2 years of experience in office management and in event management, experience in startups is a plus
• You have profound knowledge in managing various tasks and projects
• You have experience in leading projects
• You have strong problem solving and communication skills
• You have experience working cross-functionally
• You are a team player, you are results-oriented and like to take the initiative
• You are fluent in English, German is helpful
