(Senior) CRM Manager (m/f/d)

General Description
You will join our successful journey in disrupting the luggage and tech market. You will drive CRM activities, and will ensure strong channel performance.

Your Role

  • Co-develop and co-drive the CRM strategy based on the overall marketing/OM strategy, focusing on both acquisition and retention
  • Be responsible for the channel performance, and ensure that CRM is meeting and exceeding business goals in a cost-effective way
  • Build a strong understanding of customer segmentation, behavior and consumer insights to leverage in marketing campaigns that drive customer LTV
  • Plan and execute lifecycle campaigns for new and existing users based on a strong understanding of brand and customers
  • Manage measurement and optimization of KPIs/OKRs through thoughtful testing and deliver regular reports of campaign results and retention rate
  • Develop channel activities aimed at driving customer engagement and satisfaction, and a positive NPS
  • Coordinate and partner with other marketing channels, and various teams like BI, Creative, Product and Customer Service teams to ensure alignment across the organization
  • Directly report to Teamlead Marketplace, CRM & Partnerships

Your Skills & Experience

  • You have at least 2-3 years' experience in a similar position, experience in startups/e-commerce is a plus
  • You have a deep understanding of performance-driven marketing and analytics 
  • You have experience in leading CRM marketing campaigns 
  • You have experience working cross-functionally
  • You are a team player, you are results-oriented and like to take the initiative
  • You are fluent in English and ideally in German
