We offer a 30-day return window — register easily via our return portal. Return labels are available for a flat fee of €5 (EU), or return free in any Horizn Studios flagship store. Personalised items are excluded from returns.

Essential and Pro check-in models carry our Lifetime Manufacturer’s Guarantee. Air, RE, and GO Series models carry a 5-Year Guarantee. All warranties cover functional components: wheels, handle system, zippers, and shell mechanism. Register online within 30 days of purchase to activate. Cosmetic wear is not covered. If luggage is damaged at baggage reclaim, report it to your airline before leaving the airport.

The H6 (61L) is ideal for trips of five to ten days — a working week abroad or a longer city break. The H7 (98L) is built for two weeks or more: extended travel, remote work stints, or trips requiring cold-weather layers. When in doubt, remember that most airlines allow 23kg for checked luggage — so efficient packing in the H6 often goes further than expected. As our largest check-in suitcase, the H7 is sized to sit within the maximum hold-luggage dimensions accepted by most airlines — going any larger typically triggers oversized-baggage fees, so the H7 is the biggest checked bag you can travel with before extra charges apply.

Weight varies slightly by series, so you always know exactly how much packing room you have. The H6 ranges from 3.7kg (Essential and RE) to 3.9kg (GO Series) and 4.1kg (Pro), while the H7 spans from 3.8kg for our ultra-light Air Series up to 4.7kg (Essential, RE and GO Series) and 5kg (Pro). With the standard 23kg checked baggage limit, that leaves you anywhere from 18kg to 19.3kg of actual packing room, depending on your model. All cases are made from premium German polycarbonate, one of the lightest materials in premium luggage, so you never sacrifice durability for weight.
