Travellers increasingly use digital travel solutions: Looking for inspiration online, booking via smartphone, checking-in by using an app, sharing travel pictures on social web. Seems like the “travel future” is now. But how realistic is this picture? We created a data-driven infographic that explores the topic of e-travels from different perspectives and answers the question: What do travellers really want and what wishes, and expectations does the industry have to prepare itself for?
